The Auberge du Lyonnais has just opened its hotel
Two years after Camille and Charles took over the establishment, and three months after being awarded the title of “Maitre Restaurateur”, the Auberge du Lyonnais remains enveloped in dynamism. This time, the hotel has been reborn with eleven rooms and one suite, in a charming setting at the heart of Annecy’s historic heritage.
Experience authenticity at the Auberge du Lyonnais
Set on the banks of the Thiou, along the Quai de l’Evêché, the Auberge du Lyonnais is Annecy’s DNA. A part of the town’s historic heritage, the Auberge du Lyonnais has stood the test of time and has just been given a new lease of life thanks to the boldness and expertise of its new owners, Camille and Charles.
Who are the new owners of the Auberge du Lyonnais?
They are the new bosses on board. Camille Martin and Charles Sinico, aged 29 and 33 respectively, have been the new managers of the Auberge du Lyonnais since the beginning of August, the emblematic hotel-restaurant in this imposing building in the old town, nestling on the banks of the Thiou river.
A new landmark for Annecy residents!
The Auberge du Lyonnais, a veritable institution located in the heart of Annecy’s old town, was taken over on August 1 by a young couple with high ambitions for this legendary venue.
